The current study investigates the information literacy, critical thinking and academic motivation of students and their academic achievement. The method of research is descriptive and comparative, and the statistical population of study included all students of humanities and engineering numbered as 435 people that 205 of them were selected as sample of study based on Morgan Table. They were selected based on simple random sampling method. Measurement tools used in this study included Eisenberg and Berkowitz questionnaire, critical thinking questionnaire of California, academic motivation questionnaire of Mac Yarny and Sinclair, and final-term average of students. Data analysis was conducted by cluster analysis, t-test, and correlational method. The results showed that there was significant correlation between information literacy, academic motivation and academic achievement of students, while there was no significant correlation between information literacy and critical thinking. In addition, students were divided into two clusters and no significant correlation was found between these clusters.
