The results of this research study indicated 5 steps of professional development in Thai Mathematics teachers. The selected participants were 11 secondary Mathematics teachers in 6 schools who want to develop their instructional skills in integrating technology into their class and willing to 1) participate in all training 2) create 1-2 appropriated manipulative and technology 3) design 5-7 activity plans emphasizing integration of technology into teaching and 4) receive 2 class supervisions in term of coaching and mentoring. Even though, the 5 steps of development, i.e. 1) finding teacher background 2) creating curriculum 3) teacher training 4) focus group 5) synthesing the finding, can be an efficiency tool, the finding also indicated that the most effective factor of teacher development was their own development desire. Besides, when teachers were developed, students were also developed as well.
