Faculty is the most important icon on any university’s desktop. Modern business schools can be popular if equipped with highly qualified Faculty. Faculty contribution always makes difference in the image of the university. Areas like research, teaching methodology, students’ development, administrative tasks, representing university at international research forums, productive consultancy and effective academic policy in particular are the best resources to get long term success. The most aspirant student always seek a university with quality of faculty, on the other hand, a low motivated student always look for a university where faculty is at his level as he could easily manage his grades and continue the personal affairs in line as well. Good faculty may be very costly but result in the growth of good business education while faculty with less exposure can cost a university with producing a graduate with lesser competency. This research mainly reports on the areas that are highly concerned for modern business schools in order to get a real image of business education. This paper relates to the required academic policy that can bring the effectiveness in education. The paper proposes three frameworks that are titled as Essentials of effectiveness towards students’ competency (Table # 1), Essentials of effectiveness towards students’ leadership (Table # 2) and Essentials of effectiveness in programs, teaching & execution (Table # 3). The research claims that effectiveness in education can come through the proposed frameworks of this research. The paper suggests an accurate academic policy for 2020 that must be designed in particular lines of the proposed frameworks. The research also puts some questions to the heads of business schools in order to incorporate the answers into their academic policies.
